Özet
© 2022 Elsevier B.V.Deep brain stimulation (DBS) is introduced for the surgical treatment of movement disorders such as Parkinson's disease, tremor, dystonia, and tics. Electrostimulation of the ventral thalamus or subthalamic area has been found effective in different types of tremors that have different etiologies.
