Özet
The neurosteroid pregnenolone is potent
endogenous neuromodulator and has various actions in
the central nervous system. Although pregnenolone has
particular roles in brain functions, including effects on
cognition, emotion, motivation and motor skill, the
exact mechanism of pregnenolone action is not clear.
The aim of this study was to investigate behavioral
effects of pregnenolone using an animal model of
cisplatin toxicity
